Life is in the Spirit, not the flesh/body. God is Spirit and HE breathed life, HIS SPIRIT, into Adam the body. Your body gets life in the spirit. The old spirit, old man, sinful nature is dead. There is only one option which leads to the peace which transcends all understanding. There is only one option which leads into God’s Presence of love, joy, peace, patience, gentleness, faithfulness, perseverance and contentment.
