Life is in the Spirit, not the flesh/body. God is Spirit and HE breathed life, HIS SPIRIT, into Adam the body. The old spirit, old man, sinful nature is dead. These desires are gone and the new Spirit is alive with a desire to love the Lord with all your heart, mind, soul and strength.

There is only one option which leads to the peace which transcends all understanding. There is only one option which leads into God’s Presence of love, joy, peace, patience, gentleness, faithfulness, perseverance and contentment.
