The Empty Tomb Truth & Lies

The empty tomb lies.

Let’s look at some of these lies:

The disciples stole the body.
The resurrection was only spiritual, not physical.
The resurrection happens only at the end of time. Another lie.
The resurrection only applies to the soul, not the body.
And another lie is it only matters after death.
So the resurrection power only applies after a person dies.

So let’s look at the truth:

The truth – here’s the truth in Colossians 3:1-4.

Christ’s resurrection is my resurrection too. This is why we yearn for all that is from above. For that’s where Christ sits enthroned at the place of all power, honor, and authority. We’re sitting within also. So yes, so we feast on all the treasures of the heavenly, the unseen realm, the Kingdom of God that’s living in us now and fill your thoughts with these heavenly realities, not with the distractions of the natural realm which we see the unseen and the seen. Your crucifixion, my crucifixion with Christ has severed the tie to this life. And now my true life is hidden away in God in Christ.

And here we go…

And as Christ himself is seen for who He really is, who you really are will also be revealed. So for you are now one with him and his glory.

We’re not waiting. The resurrection has happened.

What we have here in in Ephesians 2:6, He raised us up with Christ, the exalted one, and we ascended with Him into the glorious perfection and authority of the heavenly realm. And we are, look at this, now co-seated as one with Him.

We’re in Christ.
He’s in us.
And we are one now.

Amen and amen.
