Hearing and receiving the declaration of Righteousness.
Well, let’s just look at this in Romans 4:6-8 in the Passion translation. Even King David himself speaks to us regarding the complete wholeness.
The complete wholeness that comes inside a person when – when does this happen? – when God’s powerful God’s powerful declaration of righteousness is what heard over our life and apart from works.
Let me make sure we get that.
When the complete wholeness that comes inside of a person when God’s powerful Declaration of Righteousness is heard ver our life apart from our works what we’re doing.
What happy fulfillment is ahead for those whose rebellion has been forgiven and whose sins aree covered and forgiven.
What happy progress comes to them when here they go when they hear the Word spoken over them.
“I will never hold your sins against you”
And this is what’s being spoke over you – “I will never hold your sins against you.”
Wholeness comes the moment God’s declaration is heard and believed.
This is not about striving or achieving.
It’s about hearing and receiving.
