Kingdom Living is God’s Will a Transformed Life
Don’t copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think. Then you will learn to know God’s will for you, which is good and pleasing and perfect. Romans 12:2 NLT
What is a transformed life?
A life transformed no longer copies the thinking, behaviors and customs of this fallen world. The fallen world
- does not know and understand
- whose image and likeness they were created,
- what caused their current condition through Adam and the fall,
- and their new redeemed identity in Christ
- through the Holy Spirit living in them.
The transformed life is learning God’s will by the renewing of your mind in God’s Word. The transformed life is the revelation of God’s Word through the Holy Spirit living in you. God’s will is good, pleasing, and perfect. The transformed life is changing the way you think.
You have the mind of Christ living in you as a born-again believer through the Spirit of God living in you.
It is through the Holy Spirit living in you, that you are victorious over the selfish desires of the old life. Jesus Christ paid the price to give you victory over condemnation, past regrets, shame, fear and guilt. We are no longer a slave or prisoner to your old five senses and thinking. The thoughts, customs, behaviors and ways are gone by the renewing of your thinking and mind. This renewing is through the washing of God’s word in your thought and prayer life. As you begin to trust God’s good and pleasing will for your life, your thinking will be totally changed. Your desire to know God’s good, pleasing and perfect will become all your desire.
Don’t become so well-adjusted to your culture that you fit into it without even thinking. Instead, fix your attention on God. You’ll be changed from the inside out. Readily recognize what he wants from you and quickly respond to it. Unlike the culture around you, always dragging you down to its level of immaturity, God brings the best out of you and develops well-formed character and maturity in you.
God’s will for your life is good, pleasing and perfect. Walk today knowing He is working all things to your good because HE loves you and has called you according to HIS PURPOSE. You are a transformed child of God living in the likeness and image of God.
Understand that you can stand before God because of Jesus Christ made you Righteous. Your identity and New Nature is in Christ not of this world. You are a Spirit Being made in the image and likeness of God.
Kingdom living is God’s will and purpose for you. You are child of the King. You are the Righteousness of God in Christ Jesus.
Kingdom Living is God’s will for you as an heir of the King.
