Kingdom Living is a Power Plant Living in You

Kingdom Living is a Power Plant Living in you.

Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us. Ephesians 3:20

The power that works in us is from the Greek work energes; to be active, efficient — do, (be) effectual (fervent), be mighty in, shew forth self, work (effectually in).

How does power work in us?

The power is demonstrated by boldness and confidence in the Resurrected Christ which is the same power working in Peter and John.

There was a lame man begging for money,

Then Peter said, “Silver or gold I do not have, but what I do have I give you. In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, walk.” Acts 3:6

Peter demonstrated the power of God working in him by speaking healing to the lame man. “In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, walk.”  Peter was confident in the Resurrected Christ. This was not Peter’s own self-effort but the power of God working through him.

Then Peter and John were ordered to appear before the Sanhedrin to give an explanation for what had happened to the lame man. The leaders saw Peter’s and John’s boldness, cheerful courage, free and fearless confidence and unreservedness in their expression about the resurrected Christ Jesus.

How then do we get this power plant which Peter and John demonstrated?

The energy of your soul is rooted in God’s love. When you receive, know and understand God’s love, the “Power Plant” of your soul is energized through the Holy Spirit. God’s love defeats fear. You have power, love and a sound mind to speak boldly of Christ’s resurrection power to overcome death and sin because of HIS love. God’s love defeats fear. You have power, love and a sound mind to speak boldly of Christ’s resurrection power to overcome death and sin because of HIS love.

16 I pray that from his glorious, unlimited resources he will empower you with inner strength through his Spirit.

17 Then Christ will make his home in your hearts as you trust in him. Your roots will grow down into God’s love and keep you strong.

18 And may you have the power to understand, as all God’s people should, how wide, how long, how high, and how deep his love is.

19 May you experience the love of Christ, though it is too great to understand fully. Then you will be made complete with all the fullness of life and power that comes from God. Ephesians 3:16-19 AMP

The “Power Plant” living in you is God’s love demonstrated through the Holy Spirit living in you.
