You have been justified and made righteous so that you can enter Boldly into the Presence of God, just like you had never sinned. All your selfishness, guilt, shame and sin past, present and future has been removed by the Blood of Jesus Christ.
The perfect will of God is found when you trust God with all of your heart, mind, soul, and strength. HIS perfect will is a choice of your will to seek HIM. When you seek HIM you will find HIM, when you seek HIM with all of your heart.
