From Accusation to New Identity
Our new identity.
What we find are the accusations. “You’re guilty.”
The charges have been dealt with on the Cross and Justification.
God declares Righteous. We’re not guilty.
God declares us not guilty. And there is no condemnation.
In Romans 8:1, there is therefore no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.
So we have our new identity.
So we move from the accusations to our new identity.
I am in Christ. Christ is in me – the hope of Glory.
Our new identity is in Christ – not the circumstance, not the accusations that are against us.
Our identity is in Christ.
That’s the truth.
